Visconti women's necklace from the Io Luce collection made in precious 18 kt gold with a 0.10 carat brilliant cut natural diamond in the center and embellished with a contour of small 0.02 carat round brilliant cut natural diamonds. The length of the necklace is 44 cm adjustable thanks to a sliding sphere placed on the lobster clasp.
