Global Knives G-82 21 cm honeycomb carving knife
Knife of the Japanese brand Global Knives of the G-82 line made of Cromova 18 metal with a wide blade and alveoli ideal for cutting any food, from fish to meat and vegetables. The presence of the alveoli on the blade allows for a precise cut and without the food remaining stuck to the knife. Also use with a wet blade for better effectiveness.
