Yaxell Kiritsuke Super Gou professional knife with 161 layers of steel
Yaxell multipurpose professional knife, from the Kiritsuke Super Gou line, made with a sintered stainless steel blade of Japanese production, SG2 Micro Carbide, and covered with 161 layers of stainless steel of variable hardness. The sintered steel allows the knife to have high parameters of purity and resistance, guaranteeing an exceptionally effective edge, suitable for any use in the kitchen. The surface of the blade is decorated with damask chiselling which enriches the originality of the accessory.
The handle of the knife, on the other hand, is made of Canva-Micarta material, a durable and resistant material, mostly made up of resins and red and black linen fibres. At the end of the handle there is a stainless steel knob which guarantees the knife exceptional qualities of stability, balance and functionality.
