the set consists of:
- Pivot device wine pouring system together with Pivot stoppers to pour and store wine up to 4 weeks.
- Stopper Pivot, to replace the cork or screw cap of the wine bottle.
- Coravin Pure capsule which contains pure argon gas and is produced and inspected to ensure the highest level of conservation without having any impact on the taste of the wine.
How to use Pivot
Open the wine bottle, replace the cork or screw cap (check that the cork and the neck of the bottle are both dry) and insert the Pivot device in the appropriate Stopper. Tilt the bottle by bringing the spout over the glass, then press and hold the button on the device. Release the button and return the bottle to an upright position to stop pouring .
